Nexus is APPROVED! (well, almost...)

We have almost received our Development Review Committee approval. I say "almost" because we have approval from the Town Engineering Division, Planning and Zoning, Building Division, Parks and Recreation, Utilities, Public Works, Fire, Police, Central Broward Water Control District, Administration, Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Housing and Community Development. HOWEVER, just one last division, Landscaping, was unable to get to our application because of their work backlog. So, we have 12 out of the 13 required sign-offs to complete the Development Review Committee process. We are confident that we wll get this last division to release the project, and then hopefully it will be full speed ahead!
